Can I gift someone a voice pack? Can I purchase a voice pack at a later date? Do I need a subscription to enable the voice packs? I have purchased a voice pack but have no audio. I have purchased a voice pack but it does not show up in configuration.

Yes, audio announcements & voice packs require an active Premium subscriptions to be enabled.
